What is the Cancellation Policy?
If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received prior to the date of arrival as indicated below, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must be obtained in order to receive a refund. (Inclement weather or illness is not a valid reason for refunds.)
72 hours notice prior to check in for hotel reservations. Groups Per Contract.
If you booked a non-refundable reservation, you will not be refunded if cancelled anytime after booking
